A fresh tomato shishito peppers, eggplant, onion curry, a pan-roasted potato curry & a red lentil dhal, served with puri.
I learned how to cook home Indian dishes from my landlord Mrs. Gobi in Guwahathi, Assam. Waking up every morning from a sound pressed cooker and smell of beans from downstairs. She taught me tips of Indian cooking, the time we share at her kitchen with her was comforting and unforgettable experience.
