Inside-out roll filled with pan fried beef.
Cooked in a caramelised sweet soy ginger-garlic sauce, avocado & julienned daikon, topped with freshly graded radish served with lemon.
My mum grow organic vegetable whole year at her sanctuary farm. The summer red daikon has bit of spiciness and a beautiful color, shines as main character.
