In sweet sesame soy dressing with lemon, capsicum, fresh basil, chilli & onion.

Nandan-zuke originally came from Spanish/Portugal vinegar based tapas through Muromachi-Edo period. Preserved  longer, perfect dish especially for summer with sweet and sour flavor.
