Slowly cooked & caramelised pork belly with ginger, apple, brown sugar, goji berry & shaoxing wine.
Served with a flavoured soft boiled egg & spring onion!

As walking Hualien city, I passed through a small food stall. It caught me a smell of Chinese five spices and pork. This dish is made of my imagination Taiwanese landscape, colour and flavor.
