With caramelised pork belly chashu, crispy leek, bamboo shoot infused with ra-yu chilli oil, egg omelet & seasonal market vegetables, served with hanjuku tamago with fresh made vinegard sesame dressing.


Mrs. Anna cooked and served me a Swiss country styled spätzli, it refilled me my stomach with full of comfort.
