Pork Smoky Nigiri 



Nigiri-zushi topped with char-grilled a slice of tender pork neck together with slowly cooked sweet soy sauce.


Served with seasoned asparagus, julienne radish & crispy fried spring onion.


Nature in Switzerland is stunning. Some of Swiss cultures are remind me of Japan. Creating this dish was inspired by Swiss alps, old farmhouse, wild flowers, smell of wood fire.
